I am not a sports person, but wanted to get the advice of someone else on an issue I was having with my lower back. I heard about Kentucky Sports Chiropractic and thought I'd give them a call. Dr. Bowling recommended some stretching techniques that I've used for only two days now, but can already tell a huge difference. I can't believe he made it so simple. And I especially loved the massage from Elizabeth. I think I've made a "new" friend!
