I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my snowblower to arrive. After getting in touch with Heather K, she stated: ""I am sorry; we have been unable to locate this shipment since 1/14. It is considered lost at this time and I would recommend that you initiate a claim with us. Do you need a claim form?""
I bet this company has a bunch of shysters working for them, I can't imagine a giant 100lb snow blower just got lost. I have to fill out a bunch of forms and claim that it was lost.. We'll see where I get with this. Spent $1000 on this thing and have nothing to show for it!
