I called to order pizza on January 23, 2012. I ordered a large half sausage/half sausage and black olive pizza. When my father went to pick up our food, they gave him a medium combination pizza. When he questioned what he was given, they said that is what was ordered. He tried to explain what I had just ordered. The OWNER of the store was brought out to speak to my dad. After basically calling him a liar and only giving him a discount after arguing for 10 minutes, he brought the pizza home. He did not listen to me make the phone call but knew he was correct. When I saw what was given to us, I immediately called the owner back. He looked up our account by our phone number, and confirmed that we had ordered the large pizza. I couldn?t believe that they did not just look up the account while my dad was there. Instead they choose to call their customers liars and make no offers to make it right. I will never be back and I will tell all of my friends and family to not give them any business. I have never been treated so rudely and in such a down economy.
