I'm not a young tech geek and I've had my share of phone calls and email conversations with tech support and let me tell you, I've never had such awesome help. I literally emailed them and 30 seconds later I got an automated email back telling me that they were working on the issue. No more than 2 minutes later I got an email from the owner of the school who sent me the exact instructions that I needed.
Three days later I was watching a video at 9:15pm and my internet connection dropped only a minute or 2 from the end of the video. I was worried I wasn't going to get credit for the video I was watching so I emailed their support email and they got back to me within minutes to tell me that their system recorded the time when my internet connection dropped and that I would get credit.
It's hard to find good help but I feel like keep me certified really goes up above and beyond what most everyone expects.
