It?s a great gym for weak scared beginners, women, and old people I guess?. but unless you want to deal with ?gay? rules from their burnout ex frat boy manager I suggest going to a real gym like ZOO fitness in winter springs, Golds gym, or the UCF gym. The gyms mentioned afterward allow the proper equipment, lifts, and atmosphere to get results. You mad JOE?, huh broa?
