I took my vehicle to Aramco twice. The first time, they told me that I needed a brand new transmission. However, they don't work on transmissions and so, I wondered how they knew that I needed a brand new tranny. Turned out it was a simple fix. Anyways, I thought I would give them another chance as I was anxious to find a mechanic that was close to my house. I took my vehicle back in to them. I received a call the next day and SAM says, ""How much money you want to spend on vehicle?"" Turns out that I'm at nearly $300 and he still doesn't know the problem! He told me that he had no idea what the problem was and that's why he wanted to know how much that I wanted to spend on it. I told him to put it back together and I'd pick it up. When I got my vehicle back, the problem was only worse AND now, my truck smells like gasoline. There is an old saying, ""Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!"" I will NEVER go back to this place. He doesn't speak English well and when you put him on the spot about, ""What's up?"" He becomes defensive, arrogant and rude. Save your time and money....steer clear of this place!
