DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A PLUS ACCESSORIES. This has been the most awful business experience we have ever had. The owner preaches about customer satisfaction being his number 1 priority, yet he doesn't practice it. We ordered a carport 4 months ago. The first contract he made with us was bogus. Ryan W. wasn't even a dealer for this company (R&B Metal Structures) for at least 6 months (The company told us this). He didn't even send them our money (made up a fake tracking number for the 'sent check'). The second contract was with Carolina Carports. He never sent them our money either, yet had told them he had (they had to contact us and let us know). We have yet to receive the overpayment in full from Ryan W. Now he will not return or answer our calls. It has been a nightmare. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.
