This local business has no idea why they are not thriving and I predict they will be out of business, at least in Yucaipa, within a year. The people who work here treat you with disdain and a certain amount of amusement if you don't know exactly what you want. They are not helpful in providing information or ideas. I recently made a purchase and then accidentally discovered that I paid more than anyone else was asking for the item. I called the same day to ask for an adjustment and got the same sort of amused response and a complete refusal to do anything about it. They seem wide eyed with wonder that they charge more than anyone else, and will likely close the doors for with the same wonderment. Too bad, but obviously they are not willing to do anything about it.
