My husband and I have been waiting 4 months for this business to build a Handi House for us. It was supposed to be built by September 30, 2011. Today is January 9, 2012. They have given us several different dates that they were going to start and didn't show up for any of them, nor did they even bother with a courtesy call explaining why they were a no show. We would have to call them and were always given some outlandish excuse. My last conversation with them was the week of Christmas and I was told it would be finished by the end of the year.....it still hasn't happened. If you're looking for par or above customer service, keep looking, you won't get it from these unprofessionals!!!!!!!!!! They do not even deserve 1 star!
