I've shopped at many Babies R Us and this one is the worst. No one cares to help you and they are rather rude about it. I decided this on multiple visits. I was hoping I just kept getting the wrong person. If you do capture someone they have no knowledge about the products they carry. We were planning to spend several thousand dollars to finish our nursery for our multiples. Because of the terrible service we left with nothing. We will be buying from Target and online retailers. They should be happy we were spending money there because their prices are higher on every single item I compared.
Another negative is their shelves are not stocked well. They might have one of something or just an empty peg. No one I know has time to keep coming back.
Babies R Us corporate pricing policies are pretty bad too. They advertise free shipping but you must read the fine print it only applies to some items. Other online sites offer free shipping over a certain amount spent. Their 20% coupons sent out periodically are only good in the store and have a set of restrictions. As you can tell after trying to prepare for the birth of multiples where we need to spend a large amount on baby products, I am done with this store and Babies R Us Corporate!
