The staff at this company is awful. No calls or emails are returned. I was told the appliances were in good, working order. This of course was not the case. I have been trying to get our washer fixed but this seems to be too much for them handle. This is costing us money and leaving a terrible, musty smell inside the whole place.
On top of this, the condo is in disrepair. We knew this when we singed the lease but were told they would all be repaired. It is yet to happen. Just to explain how rigged everything is, they ""fixed"" a hole in the window frame by stuffing styrofoam into it which is not rotting and full of holes.
This is by far the worst company I have come across. Please do your research before becoming involved with these people.
O and to top it off, they are all terribly rude, even the receptionist. Isnt her job to be nice?
