These people leveled the right side of my kitchen counter top with shims but not the small part on the left of the stove, so there is a 1 inch difference between the two. How would you like to wait weeks to get your job done only to have it botched? Very few of their employees speak clear English. They said they were coming last weekend and then did not show up or call to let me know they were not coming. Then when I called the following business day, they told me they'd call me back later that day to reschedule. They never called so I called the next day and was told the same thing. That's when I decided not to be brushed off any longer. Now, they've installed it and it looks like a joke. I will shim it myself. They did not seal the granite at all, though it states they would in the contract. You'll be doing all the sealing yourself. Also, there was no care guide given, as promised by the salesperson. YOU WILL REGRET USING THESE PEOPLE. BE FOREWARNED.
