Talk about close calls, my daughter was mistakenly called back for another patient by the technician (April), who was to perform a procedure on another patient. The April rowdily called my daughter?s name for the procedure. My daughter would not go back with her because she was there to see another technician. It was a good thing that the receptionist at the front stated to this aggressive, strong personality technician that my daughter was not the patient, that it was another child, having the procedure done. The stand-in receptionist said that it was a boy and not a girl with similar first names. My daughter and I looked at one another and ever since than the April treated us like we had done something wrong and recommended that my child?s treatment be extended punishing her for realizing April?s mistake. Watch out, this facility is unpredictable and untrustworthy.
