I was a little weary to drop up my laptop due to the mixed reviews I have read. But because they were so close to me I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. I came in and told them the issue I was experiencing. Their tech came right out and started looking at it immediately and told me it seemed to be my DC jack. They told me they would order the part right away and as soon as it came in it would be repaired. Fast Forward 3 days later.. I received a call saying my laptop was ready to be picked up. And they said I could come that day even tho they were closed they would make sure someone was here so I could get it. And sure enough someone one was there. I picked up my Laptop brought it home and its running perfect now! Thanks!
