I saw Dr. Richart when my low back went out after shovelling snow. He got me in the same day I called. He used a computer to adjust my back which was painless. He also adjusted me manually which was fine. He was very thorough during the exam and didn't rush. He and his staff seem to really care.
It was busy in his office that day but you wouldn't know it. He got me in early the first day and I rarely waited more than five minutes on my follow up treatments. All told it took about three weeks to get me back to normal. He also gave me exercises to do that helped a lot.
His office was hit by a car in early November. He is working temporarily out of another space in his building. He says he is moving there permanently. The new address is 900, not 908 Waukegan. It's the same building just at the other end.
All in all I was very pleased with Dr. Richart and would recommend him highly.
