I recently had a complete Eye Exam. Karen, the tech who saw me first was very pleasant and extremely competent. I was offered an Optomap test so my eyes did not have to be dilated. The eye exam itself was very complete.
When I got to the Optical department, I was treated very warmly and Ryan and Jean were extremely helpful in helping me choose my new glasses. I couldnt have been happier with my experience.
