Lisa is now 7 and she likes her hair a certain way. I felt a bit sad when my mommy hairstyling skills weren?t as impressive to her as it was when she was younger. I decided to take her to the salon with me for some girl bonding time plus she also needed a little trim. She LOVED the salon. She discovered her inner salon gal early on. They provide haircuts for kids under 12 and they did a good job at it (even though it was just a trim). More than anything, it was the experience in the salon that made that day so memorable. We will be doing this monthly no, according to her.
