I stopped in at Rick's to inquire about repairing my beveled mirror. I live around the corner. The lady in the office gave me an appointment 1 week from that date. I asked that I be notified if there were any changes. No one showed up at the time of the appointment. No one called before or after the appointment to offer an an excuse or apology. Since I really needed the repair ""I"" called them to reschedule for later on that day (after getting someone to be at my home to receive them). Because they did not call to confirm or cancel their previous appointment, I called to confirm that someone was at my home to accommodate their entry for the new appointment. AFTER ALL OF THAT, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT AGAIN!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
