I called RSI on Thursday December 13th 2011 and explained that I had a little problem I hoped they could help me with. I then explained I had a 15,000 sq ft custom log home without a single electrical wire pulled in it and I wanted to be in by Christmas (2011). There was no gasp, only a confident, ""I am sure we can meet your timeline.""
On December 14th Brad arrived to discuss what my requirements were and how best to meet them.
At 5:30pm on December 22nd 2011 Brad handed me a wireless remote for my Lutron lighting control system and stated with confidence that it would turn every light in the whole house on and off. Needless to say that it did and I was an exceptionally happy and satisfied customer.
