I needed service for a gas fireplace & I looked in the yellow pages. I live in South Kingstown and Gas Doctor ad said ""serving Narragansett & surrounding areas."" No company address was listed. The serviceman was very nice and fixed the problem in reasonable time, but the bill was higher than expected. He explained there was a $50 travel cost because the company is located in Cranston. The ad led me to believe it was local. There is a South Kingstown service I could have used, had I known about the travel costs. Gas Doctor not likely to get my repeat business.
