Had them come out to diagnosis problem on my stove. The service tech had to uninstall my oven to get to the stove. After the diagnosis and estimate he reinstalled my stove and had a very hard time reinstalling my oven. He claimed the person who installed it the first time did a bad job. Now my oven is making a funny noise and is off balance. I called them to come back out and install it correctly and they want to charge me for LABOR!!!!! Are you kidding?!! My oven has worked correctly for the last 7 years since we bought it until their service man messed with it. Not only is my stove top still not working my oven now has issues!! What a joke!! I would never recommend them to anyone.
