much seems to have changed for acar taxi since the last review in 2008. and not for the good.
the story is that i called Acar Taxi 8 hours ahead of time to reserve a taxi to pick me up at the exton train station and take me home 10 miles away. i spoke with someone named chris. he said no problem and i made the reservation for 8:45 pm on monday night (1/9/12). i arrived to find no car waiting. i called chris again and he told me that a car should have been there, asked me to give him a minute and that he'd call me right back. 15 minutes went by with no car and no call from chris. i called him twice more but he never picked up his phone again.
i guess chris was in for the night and didn't want to be bothered with an obligation he'd made.
bottom line: i was left stranded in the middle of january, late in the evening.
