I called yesterday about not being able to open my trunk and Kevin didn't seem to remember that a Ridgline has a trunk in the bed. He kept on trying to ask me if the problem was with the tail gate or the tanoe top. I said no, so he finally went and talked to a mechanic. I flipped the switch in the glove box and it still would not open. I asked if there was a way to jimmy it open and he said he didn't even think thier mechanics will be able to open it. Hell of a thing to make and sell a vehicle if you don't know how to fix it when something goes wrong. more
