At first I thought my visit was amazing. Everyone was very nice and very compassionate. They did help me and they did give me a diagnosis. But since that it has been nothing but confusion and rudeness. I try to get a referral and that falls through, I try to get them to send my records to a specialist that I need to see they fall through with this as well and everytime I call to talk to someone on the phone they are rude to me. They really need to work on their hospitality when helping patience especially over the phone and getting things faxed. Maybe they need new office staff because they suck at their jobs. The doctors and nurses were very helpful and compassionate though.
