Please stay away from this company and especially David Owens, For the past 10 years I have work with him only to find out that he has stolen my settlement twice. And look at the name SCANlon. I wish I have known better not the work with him and its sad I have to give the corporation a bad rep because of one single person but I just want to save the next person from doing the same mistakes I have.
