I like to support local businesses, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity to try a new hair salon near my home. The woman I spoke with to make the appointment barely let me get a word in edge-wise, and was fairly pushy about getting me to come in earlier than when I wanted to. When we finally set the appointment, I called the morning of to verify. Turns out they closed the salon for the day and never bothered to call me to let me know. I have since taken my business elsewhere.
