I will always go here for my computer needs. I called in before I went and didn't have to hold for more than 10 seconds. The two people I talked to on the phone were very knowledgeable and both of them quoted the exact prices of the parts I needed.
The store is VERY clean and organized. I was helped by a young man with a pleasant attitude. Got my part and worked perfectly.
Usually, with computer stuff, you either talk to a knowledgeable hermit with no social skills and a beard, or an annoying salesman that knows nothing about the intricacies of computers(cough best buy...) but this place exceeded my expectations.
