These folks are rude and inattentive. I called to speak to Chris (manager?) and was placed on hold by the receptionist. She came back on the phone after a minute or so and told me that Chris wasn't in his office. She then went on to explain to me the exact issue I was calling about, eventhough I had'nt mentioned it to her. this led me to believe that Chris was in his office but, refused to speak with me.
