I was cleaning up my stuff and just found some paper works-complaint forms I tried to prepare when I was still in school. I wanted to take this place to the court and collected the materials but couldn't because I became too busy trying to graduate.
It's been many years since, but to this day, I remember how this repair shop cheated me with wrong diagnoses one after another, costing so much money and time. One of the problems they couldn't fix after charging me with new parts and labor, was the dash board light- turned out to be such a minor problem which I found it out later when I sold my car to my neighbor who fixed it next day... I guess I didn't need that new part I paid for !!
It was my first car and it was my first time trying to fix my car with no support of my family around me. This car shop totally took advantage of me instead of taking care of such helpless kid I was still. Heartless and unprofessional. Please stay away for your own sake.
