After being a loyal customer, it is time for a new cleaners. I asked the owner numerous times, where is my shirt? On third try the owner said "" you told me to throw away that shirt"". I only wore it twice and cost over $200. Maybe you gave my relatively new shirt to the customer who came in before me and said "" these aren't my clothes"". Any one can make a mistake but the business owner needs to give customer servive and not exuses.
