I thought I would drop you a line to let you know what an excellent professional service that my mom received from Mr. Dean Maccagnone.
She was so impressed that soon as he left and provided us with your business card that I wanted to email you and tell you about our experience. He was early and he even offered to leave and come back at the appropriate schedule time, which was not an issue for me, She was actually glad that he was early. Dean was helpful in implementing a solution to her problem with the gutters. He was quite humerous but yet professional.
He did a commendable job and she would like to express that he is a great asset to your company. He was very attentive to the customer's needs. He treated us like we were his family.
I (her daughter) was impressed with Hansons Windows. I called today to inquire about having someone come out and give me my mom an estimate and the appointment was made today within a couple of hours of calling and the sales representative came out and gave a quote and filled out an application within an hours time (Very impressive service). Dean was so nice, friendly and showed great customers service skills.
My mom actually felt comfortable ,relaxed ,entertained and not stressed while waiting for him to finish completing his paper work.
She was not actually ready to make a decision on getting the job done but just get some estimates from different companies, but Dean helped her make the decision of going with Hansons Windows.
She is happy with the decision of going with Hansons Windows.
