Relatively new Yoga class at Human@Ease on Friday afternoons. I've been so lucky to have what's become a one-on-one training session with lovely Amanda. She is knowledgeable, experienced, kind and oh so patient! Our last session dealt with a flow of gentle poses -- inhalation and exhalation focused on inner strength and gratitude. Hence, this review -- thank you Amanda. I hope word of mouth gets around and that many others will also benefit from your healing / strengthening yoga classes on Fridays.
