It's amazing that companies that have such poor professional service are in business!! I called to get more information about a bill and I was hung up after asking a basic question. Perhaps they only train people to act on a script or they get paid $0.0001 for every phone call they take. Regardless, I was completely civil when I talked to them and this wasn't a line getting disconnected issue - it was intentional.
I ended up calling and reporting their ineptitude and unprofessional behavior to management.
