I ordered a custom door and was pleased with the result, but I have to agree, chaos reigns at this place. I didn't hear from them when my door was ready, and I had to call them. They acted bothered when I called and gave me a hard time, asking, ""Well, if we didn't call you the door isn't ready."" Very snooty. So, I told them that it had been a while and I wanted them to check. They checked and, surprise, the door was ready. In fact, the door was on their delivery truck to be delivered that day. Great, I asked to confirm the address they were delivering it to. Again, the sales person acted like I was an idiot. It turns out that they were delivering it to the wrong address, a customer of theirs that had my same last name. The salesperson actually said he was surprised they had two customers with the same last name. After the delay, I picked up my door the next day. Again, I was happy with the door, but their customer service is absurd. They should call themselves the Marx Brothers Door Store.
