Used Massey for years and had to call and beg for services. A representative then came to my house and sold me a prepaid year contract -- what a mistake! In that year, not a single service came to my house. Instead, they tried to tell me an ""outside barrier"" was sprayed -- so they never called or rang the door. Totally untrue, as I live in a gated community and they can't have access without a phone call. All the pests and roaches came back within the year. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
