My father was a resident for several weeks. During this time the behavior of the staff was very disturbing. A nurses aide was eating from a residents plate outside of my fathers room. The charge nurse was very rude. Another nurses aide left my father in soilded bedding for two days. The chicken soup that he had spilt was still in his bed. When brought to the attention of supervisors nothing was done. Not a report,not a apology NOTHING. I have just had the same words told to me how upsetting that it is A very disturbing enviorment. Beaware of what goes on behind closed doors . A word to the public question everything and always listen to the residents . Double check everyhing from when the person was washed---medications I am required to rate this place by giving a star or it will not post. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON WHY THERE IS A STAR.
