Yeah, unless you feel like getting taken advantage of and robbed, do not use these guys. This is an outrageous scam. I know towing is expensive but PLEASE I BEG YOU TO NOT USE this towing service. They charged me $320 dollars for a 3 mile tow and I called other companies in the area that told me they'd do it for $70. They lied to me about storage, they lied to me about towing from the yard to a collision shop, the employees don't care because they make commission, they told me so. So Chad charged me an hour and a half for a 3 mile tow job. They also lied to me about the price initially when they picked it up they told me total 230 including everything, and kept upping the price every time I talked to them. Very unprofessional, and I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. When I went to go in the morning to pick it up they told me to be there at 8, but didn't bother showing up for another hour while I waited in the cold.
