We had an extremely disappointing experience with our Valentine's Day 2011 prize gift card. We brought it to the Cameron Village store in March and were told 'congratulations, you won the grand prize!' ($500). We asked if we could come back and use it for a special occasion, and they said that we could use it any time. My guy brought it to the store yesterday, and the employees acted like they had no idea what he was talking about. A total bait and switch, and we have no recourse because we didn't think to have the original conversation put in writing.
We will not be back, and I urge others to be wary of these 'prize' gimmicks this year.
