Over the years made purchases at this store. Sales staff is pushy. Just recently took earrings that were purchased there to ask recommendation about a better backing as the original backings kept slipping off. When the original purchase was made we expressed concerns about the original backings and sales person said not to worry, they were fine.
When I finally couldn't risk to lose the earrings went back, sales person recommended another style backing and this time I had to pay for the change over. The recommendation was horrible because now the earrings fall forward and you cannot see the stones clearly. The backings installed don't slide back and forth to tighten on the ears, they lock into place.
I have written the company twice to ask that the either fix the backings or give me a refund of the money I paid.
They don't respond. So another vendor who once they take your money don't care about customer satisfaction
