From the initial greeting to the young woman who conducted the test drive to the salesman to the finance team the process was thorough and proceeded smoothly. I showed up at the dealer location on a late Sunday morning and by 3 PM I was driving home in my new Prius V. I began my search the previous day on the internet and the internet saleswoman responded almost immediately with a price that was very competitive and then followed up with an e-mail confirmation and an invitation to visit the next day for a test drive.
The overall process was very professional and compared with the best car buying experiences in my life. I look forward to years of doing business with Toyota of North Charlotte.
