My husband and I purchased a home that the previous owner used Protection Concepts. I first called on Tuesday around 9am to get general information / have the service switched to my name since the alarm is constantly beeping with an ""error"". Needless to say it is now Friday at 11am, I have been calling for several days and continue to reach their general ""answering service"" where I continue to be informed that they are ""helping another customer"" are ""on the other line"" or are ""in a meeting"" and my information will be passed to them to call me back ASAP. Apparently the small business grew too rapidly to handle new customers so I will be taking my business elsewhere.
