The 3 gentlemen, Robert, Daniel & Peter that worked with me at Scott Clark's Toyota have totally changed my opinion of salesman at car dealerships & I can honestly say I will probably never buy a car from anywhere else again. Having worked in retail, I know the importance of GREAT customer service and the service I received at Scott Clark Toyota was above & beyond. It was such a relief to feel like someone is genuinely more concerned with my needs as a buyer than their needs as the seller to just make a sale. Robert contacted me shortly after an interest survey I completed on the internet and spoke with my boyfriend. I am usually extremely busy so I typed in my boyfriend?s cell number on accident and it was probably one of my best mistakes to date because it was his opinion and communication with Robert that was the deciding factor in my trip to Scott Clark Toyota. Knowing my opinions on car dealerships my boyfriend told me that in the little time he spoke with Robert he did not get the impression that he was the typical car salesman. He said that Robert sounded determined to get me exactly what I wanted & needed and never sounded pushy or overwhelming. So I decided to take a trip to Scott Clark Toyota and meet Robert just to see if he could work anything out. I currently had a Mazda 3 that's engine had......well let's just say ?quit on me?. I had some negative to get rid of and a lot of other dealers did not seem optimistic about this or they wanted me to walk out with a payment higher than I felt comfortable with. When I arrived Robert was friendly, informative and honestly inquisitive to my needs and wants in my purchase. He made us feel like welcomed guests at a friends home by giving us the ?lay of the land?. He then introduced my boyfriend and me to Mr. Daniel Decicco. From the gate Daniel was not the average Customer Service Rep. He was personable, friendly & genuine. He didn't jump straight to a sales pitch he asked about me, my wants & needs in a car and what my terms were. We looked at the Toyota Corolla S's that they had on the lot and then Daniel asked if I'd like to test drive one. My biggest no-no at a dealer is driving the car because I am then extremely upset if it doesn?t work out and I don?t take that car home. When I told Daniel this he assured me this would not be the case. So after some contemplation I decided to take the test drive. Of course I was hooked. I loved the Corolla. It drove great, was the perfect size and had great gas mileage. Daniel then work with me to get the best deal with the terms I was comfortable with. I didn?t feel pushed into a decision or overwhelmed with information that didn?t pertain to me and my purchase. After Daniel presented me with the terms I wanted he informed me that I was taking the Corolla home that day, no test drive disappointment! I was then introduced to Finance Manager Peter Moreno who was the perfect ending to my customer experience. He explained everything to me in terms I understood and made sure I left with the knowledge and coverage I needed. Now, anyone who knows me finds it hard to believe that I would ?ENJOY? my time at a dealership; however Scott Clark Toyota has made a believer out of me yet!! I am unbelievable happy with my purchase & my customer experience. I have told all of my family & friends that the only place they should buy from is Scott Clark Toyota and I gladly stick by my word!! Thanks again Robert, Daniel and Peter for all your help!!
