do not use this service ever. This is the most unprofessional business that AAA used. I am in the process of getting their AAA affiliate pulled. They sent a driver named Robert Boone whom was rude, said he would not tow my car that was noted to them before they came out to the call. I have a Mercedes C230 Kompressor. Not a hard car to tow on a flat bed. The driver said the bottom of the car is all alumium and he was not going to damage the car for a $25.00 tow fee from AAA. I called the company and asked to speak to the manager/owner, Kathy Julius/ and Perry Kinard. They were not available. I had offered to turn the car around and the driver for Doug's Towing refused to tow the car because he again said it was because the car was aluminum on the underside. This is a false statement. Needless to say, I do not recommend Doug's Towing to anyone whom needs their car/truck, or anyother vehicle towed. When I called the office at Doug's Towing they were disinterested in the situation. AAA than called me back and sent another towing company. Doug's Towing lied and said they could not get their tow truck in the parking lot. Note: he was in the parking lot and looking at the car within 30 feet of car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND CERTAINLY UNPROFESSIONAL
