Seen a vehicle online on the hawkinson website and called and inquired. I wanted to see the vehicle in more detail but was a long ways away so it wasn't real easy for me. I called and Steve Shubert took a detailed video inside and out of the vehicle and showed me everything I wanted. This kind of going above and beyond is what customer service is all about. He then proceeded to call and answer every single one of my questions and was very helpful. I greatly appreciate all the help that I received from Hawkinson Nissan and Steve Shubert, I wish all car dealerships could be like this.
