Wedding dress horor story!!!! The dress was delivered two days prior to the wedding on the advice of Kathryn's staff. Brought the dress home, never took it out of the bag prior to leaving the shop which was my fault, opened the bag and the dress had a hole in it. Called them and returned the dress within an hour and the ""manager"" said that is ""too bad and not their problem"". Mind you this is now less than 48 hours before the wedding. Kathryn's husband gave us HOURS of arguments as to why we should satisfied with a dress with a hole in it. He actually uttered the words, you cannot expect perfection. Nice. That is what you want to hear hours before your big day. Perfection? We wanted a dress without a hole in it!! Is that too much to ask? Ultimately, I missed my rehersal because we had to deal with Kathryn's on the repair of the dress. Horrible experience!!!!
