In late December 2011, I ordered 5 blinds for our windows and paid a 50 percent deposit. My wife and I were very clear with the sales person (Linda LeBeau, not sure of the spelling) that we wanted these honeycomb blinds to raise from the bottom. We wanted the lower half covered and the upper half open most of the time with the ability to raise them up for complete coverage if we wanted that. We picked the color, decided on which side the cord would be and I wrote a check for half the total.
