On my way to the airport from Kingwood, 2005 Expedition started running rough, Turned around to go back home and decided to pull in to KENNETH'S and let them look at it. This was 4:45pm not at closing or after hours. the guy at the front dest was an ass to say the least. told me ""his Techs are to busy to help and maybe tomorrow we can look at it"" missed my flight. Good thing, That gives me enough time to find a REAL service center.. STAY AWAY from this place. wish there was a way to give a negitive STAR Rating...they dont deserve even one.
