Revisited and was disappointed.
Problem was that I installed a right front headlamp, but merely could not get the socket to reseat firmly into its socket. Took my 2000 Mazda Prot?g? to this Car-X expecting the guys to take a minute or two to seat the socket correctly. They did so in <1 minute; however, the charged me $20 to do so ? that is not quality customer service. It should have been gratis for a mere 1 minute of their time, and my expectation was that it would be done for no-charge. But, they charged me $20. $20 for 1 minute of their time - outrageous!!! They not only did not meet my expectation, they price gouged me! I will now reconsider taking my cars into them for fear that they will overcharge me and that they will not meet my expectation of quality service for a frequent customer.
Considering they exceeded my expectation the first time, they shot themselves ?in the foot? by taking advantage of me the 2nd time. That is not consistent and now is a cause for concern for any potential next visit(s). Too bad they took they route that they did. Shame on them for price gouging for a mere 1 minute of their time ? 1 minute!!!
