Dress was not hemmed properly so that I could not walk, I had to kick the dress so I did not fall.
The buttons that ran down the back had the elastic loops put on them so the zipper would not show. Instead of doing it right over all of the bottons it was randomly done so the buttons pointed in every direction. It looked horrible in my pictures!
The bustle broke not even 30 minutes into the reception so I had to carry around the dress all night.
The Stitch Witch had my dress a total of 3 times and it was still not done properly. They had it still the week of my wedding! VERY STRESSFUL!
Roberta was very rude (not short or blut). The first time I picked it up she would not let me try it on for them to make sure they did everything correctly because it was 4:30 and they close at 5. She also would not listen to me when I had issues after my bridal portrait session claiming that she knew more than me. She hadn't even seen me in the dress since the alterations!
