I called Roto-Rooter in Somerset NJ in the morning because of a toilet and tub problem. They asked whether I wanted someone to come in the morning or afternoon--and I appreciated the option/their flexibility. Pat, the service man/plumber, came into my house (when promised) to assess the problem. I thought it was a main/sewer line clog (as that problem has happened in the past). But he took me through each floor of the house and explained how to investigate the problem (and as a result he determined that it was NOT a main/sewer line problem). He was then able to pinpoint two different clogs in the upstairs of my home. He took care of the toilet clog pretty quickly and made sure I was satisfied with the work. The other clog (tub) was pretty expensive (almost $400) to mitigate...so I decided to hold off and see if I could address myself (which I did but if not, I would have called Pat back to help me.) Pat was very professional and informative--and I would definitely call him back again to fix any plumbing issues.
